This website is operated by YMM Properties Inc., doing business as JDW Management (“JDW Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a property management company licensed by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE License #02271364). This policy describes what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit through the forms on this website. Depending on the form, this may include:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Whether you are a property owner, real estate agent, tenant, or vendor
• Information about your property, such as property type, address, county, approximate number of units, and whether it is subject to the Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance
• Anything you include in an optional message field

When you submit a form, we also record how you found us — the page you arrived on, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you clicked. This information is stored only in your browser for the duration of your visit and is sent to us only if you submit a form.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only for the purposes described above:

• Form and workflow automation — form submissions are delivered to us through an automation service and stored in our customer relationship management system so we can respond to you.
• Website hosting — our hosting provider processes standard server logs to deliver the website.
• AppFolio — property listings, applications, and the owner and resident portals are provided by AppFolio, Inc. When you use those services, the information you provide there is governed by AppFolio’s privacy policy, not this one.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies of its own. Embedded third-party content, such as the AppFolio listings widget, may set its own cookies governed by that provider’s policies. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy to disclose them.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may contact us to request details about the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Do Not Track:because this website does not track visitors across third-party websites, it does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Data retention and security

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our business relationship and any period required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
