Fair Housing Statement

Our commitment to equal housing opportunity.

Equal housing opportunity

JDW Management supports and complies with federal, state, and local fair housing laws, including the federal Fair Housing Act and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act. We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, ancestry, familial status, source of income, disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

Applicant screening and tenant selection

Every applicant is evaluated against the same written rental criteria, applied uniformly and documented for every application. Tenant selection decisions are made by JDW Management — not by property owners — so that every decision is based solely on objective qualification standards, consistent with fair housing law.

Housing vouchers and other lawful sources of income are treated as income in accordance with California law.

Reasonable accommodations

We provide reasonable accommodations and permit reasonable modifications for persons with disabilities as required by law. To request an accommodation or modification, contact us at info@jdwpm.com or (657) 478-9668. Current residents may also submit requests through the resident portal so they are documented and tracked.

Questions or concerns

If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, or have questions about our fair housing practices, please contact us through our contact page. You may also contact the California Civil Rights Department or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which enforce fair housing laws.
